This groundbreaking collaboration will enable businesses to use Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 platform via ChatGPT, allowing them to query sales information, examine customer chats, or construct a Tableau visualization by just typing a query into ChatGPT. Agentforce 360 apps in ChatGPT: Salesforce apps will be available through the Apps in ChatGPT initiative, delivering enterprise intelligence, CRM data, and Tableau visualizations directly into ChatGPT interactions.
Instant Checkout and Agentforce Commerce: Agentforce Commerce will integrate with the Agentic Commerce Protocol, which powers Instant Checkout in ChatGPT. This integration will provide merchants with a new way to reach hundreds of millions of potential customers while maintaining complete control over their orders, payments, fulfillment, and customer relationships.
ChatGPT on Slack: The ChatGPT app for Slack now integrates directly with Slack, allowing teams to rapidly and effortlessly surface insights, write content, and summarize complex conversations while working. The connection also enhances Slack search results by using internal data from ChatGPT-connected tools.
Codex in Slack: Codex, an OpenAI agent that creates and changes code using natural language instructions, can now be tagged within a Slack channel or thread, allowing it to capture important context, select the appropriate environment, and respond with a link to the finished work in Codex Cloud.
Salesforce will integrate OpenAI’s reasoning, voice, and multimodal capabilities into the Agentforce 360 Platform, making agentic enterprise experiences more intelligent and powerful. OpenAI will also be listed as a preferred model, allowing Agentforce 360 customers to set it as the default LLM for the Atlas Reasoning Engine and Prompt Builder.
