Salesforce just introduced a network of certified life science partners to help customers migrate to Life Science Cloud, its HIPAA-ready, pre-validated, GxP-compliant platform. Pharma and medical technology firms may now quickly upgrade to Life Sciences Cloud and begin deploying Agentforce, Salesforce’s digital labor platform, to better link data and generate insights across clinical, medical, and commercial business divisions.
Salesforce customers gain access to a broad network of agencies and consulting partners, offering a diverse range of industry-specific services, such as:
⁍ Migration support to help them shift from a legacy CRM system with agility.
⁍ Agent-first deployments and training for effortlessly deploying and expanding the Agentforce digital labor platform.
⁍ Data kits and themes that provide AI agents with the industry context they require to reason and act.
Life sciences firms face diverse systems and severe interoperability problems. In reality, pharmaceutical and medical technology makers utilize an average of 78 different systems, while the health business generates an estimated 36% of global data, 90% of which is unstructured. Amid legal limits, resource shortages, and cybersecurity threats, digital labor in the form of AI agents provides a way to increase capacity, but it requires trustworthy data from numerous sources as well as competent implementation.
The life sciences partner network will collaborate with Salesforce’s Professional Services and Customer Success teams to help pharma and medtech firms integrate all of their data.
Regardless of where it is stored, Life Science Cloud can use it to provide intelligent, personalized experiences for healthcare professionals and patients, while also collaborating with a larger digital workforce to accelerate value realization.
A global coalition of agencies and consulting partners, as well as Salesforce and its partners’ migration framework technologies and solutions, will lead customers through a smooth move from old platforms to Life Science Cloud while ensuring backward compatibility.
Accenture, Avenga, BASE Life Science, Capgemini, Coastal, Cognizant, Deloitte, Epista Life Science, Infosys, Mavens, a Komodo Health Company, KPMG, Merkle, Publicis Sapient & Publicis Health, PwC, Slalom, Torrent, Wilco Source, a CitiusTech Company, and ZS are among the companies represented in this group.
These partners will leverage their considerable therapy development, care delivery, and technological expertise to tailor the purpose-built solution to each organization’s specific needs. This commitment includes considerable investments in Salesforce training and certifications, collaboratively built tools for reusable data mapping and migration, as well as industry implementation experience and change management.
With extensive intellectual capital and global knowledge, this consulting network, which comprises Migration Alliance partners as well as Bain, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and McKinsey & Company, will ensure that solutions are finely tuned to solve industry-specific difficulties.
Salesforce is also collaborating with LPW Training Services, a leading provider of learning solutions for healthcare and life sciences, to streamline onboarding and accelerate user adoption of Life Sciences Cloud, maximizing ROI.
These partners will help pharmaceutical and medical technology firms generate scalability and performance advantages by providing tailored Agentforce deployment services that integrate intelligent technology with strategic objectives.

3. ComplianceQuest facilitates compliance in clinical trials, adverse event reporting, and manufacturing. It will enable Agentforce to automate adverse event triage to promote prompt reporting and resolution, as well as detect recurring hazards across trial sites to prioritize mitigation efforts. The new Agentforce actions will focus on enhancing and expediting quality issue resolution using advanced AI solutions such as chat help, workflow automation, and complaint intake.
6. H1 will power Life Sciences Cloud with comprehensive HCP profiles that combine publications, clinical trials, congress activity, payments, social media, organizational hierarchies, patient demographics, and medical and prescription claims to improve HCP and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) identification and engagement across all touchpoints.
7. The integration of Infinitus.ai and Life Sciences Cloud enables Agentforce to verify pharmacy or durable medical equipment (DME) eligibility by directly contacting electronic providers to validate insurance coverage, calculate copays, and collect any missing information, thereby preventing treatment delays.
8. S2N Health’s RepSignal integrates expert-curated customer intelligence into the sales, marketing, and commercial leadership workflows.
