Slack can now integrate with third-party AI applications such as Anthropic and OpenAI using the new Model Context Protocol (MCP), combining all of your favorite assistants into a single workplace. MCP is what allows for multi-agent interoperability. Simply said, it allows separate AI agents to communicate with one another, share knowledge, and initiate activities across numerous platforms.
MCP acts as a universal connector, allowing your Agentforce agents to safely and regularly pull in data or conduct tasks outside of Salesforce. In essence, it serves as a bridge between Salesforce and the larger world of AI.
Data 360 (previously Data Cloud) was completely reintroduced, placing it as the platform’s “brains”. It converts unstructured material, such as PDFs, tables, and photos, into usable context for AI agents.

You may flip between them instantaneously, allowing administrators, developers, and architects to work without losing context.
The Builder’s real-time simulation is its most powerful feature. You may test your agent’s reasoning, watch each decision step unfold, and make quick changes before going live. Salesforce refers to this as “vibe-building,” which involves rapid iteration using conversational design.

Salesforce’s Agentforce Voice, a natural conversational AI, was one of the most interesting disclosures at Dreamforce ’25. While chat-based agents have been available for a while, Agentforce Voice completely alters the dynamic, making interactions seem and feel more like genuine human discussions.

Although promising, early testers noticed that Vibes can occasionally be slow or inconsistent, showing that it’s powerful but still maturing.
Agent Script focuses on control, whereas Vibes focuses on creation. Salesforce’s scripting framework outlines how AI agents understand, make decisions, and react in real-world scenarios.
It is written in human-readable JSON and allows you to mix rule-based workflows with AI-driven thinking. For example, you can require an agent to check credit restrictions before delivering a quote while yet allowing it to customize its communication style.
This balance results in a hybrid intellect that is structured when necessary but adaptable. Teams can now watch each choice made by an agent and understand the reasoning behind it, ensuring complete transparency.
Salesforce is reimagining the sales process by introducing Agentforce for Sales, a system that acts more like a teammate than a tool.
It supports sales reps throughout the cycle, from identifying prospects to closing renewals. Agents can qualify leads, generate quotes, and recommend next steps, all powered by real-time data from Data 360.
Reps can simply ask questions like “Show me high-value opportunities at risk” or “Create a follow-up email for yesterday’s demo,” and the AI delivers instant, accurate responses.
The new Sales Workspace gives sellers a unified dashboard with key actions, insights, and recommendations, while managers can monitor performance and pipeline trends in the Command Center. Teams no longer have to search for data; they can act on it immediately.

Agentforce Service marks a new chapter for Salesforce’s Service Cloud, evolving it into a proactive and intelligent service platform.
The centerpiece is the Service Command Center, offering leaders real-time visibility into every customer touchpoint across chat, email, calls, and social media. It tracks sentiment, volume, and emerging issues before they escalate.
